1. Executive Summary
This proposal seeks financial assistance for the construction of a single-story, 5-marla house for a low-income family in Kahori, Muzaffarabad, whose home was destroyed during the recent floods. The family consists of five children and their parents, currently living in temporary and unsafe conditions.
Given Welfare aims to rebuild their home before the winter season to ensure the family’s safety, dignity, and long-term stability. The total project cost is estimated at USD 300000, and the construction is planned to be completed within three months.

Through this initiative, Given Welfare seeks to demonstrate compassion and solidarity by providing sustainable housing to a family deeply affected by natural disasters.
